◄◄ The cost for an Energy Performance Certificate depends on property size i.e. £45 for a 1 bedroom property, £50 for a 2 or 3 bedroom property, £55 for a 4 bedroom property, £60 for a 5 bedroom property etc. There is no VAT to pay ►►
● Energy performance certificates are required for rented properties and properties for sale to show prospective tenants or buyers the energy efficiency rating of the property.

● Based in Burnopfield on the boundary between Gateshead and County Durham, I have been running this business for three years. Prior to this I worked as a Design Engineer for almost thirty years.
